INFORMATION FOR DISABLED VISITORS
1. Parking spaces for persons with disabilities:
During concerts taking place on the Stage on the Green cars may be parked along
St. Martin and Kościuszki streets (designated parking spaces). Parking in the
Rose Courtyard is possible as well (entry from Kościuszki street), but due to
limited availability please inform us about the need to park your car there in
advance, before the festival (at informacja@ckzamek.pl or by phone: 61 64 65 272).
2. Designated sector/platform for persons with disabilities (easily accessible
infrastructure, adapted restrooms etc.):
During concerts taking place on the Stage on the Green a designated, clearly marked space equipped with specially adapted restroom facilities and chairs (platform near the technical crew standpoint) will be available for persons with disabilities and their accompanying persons. Attendants trained in assisting persons with disabilities will be present in the sector at all times.
The route to the Grand Hall leads through the entrance to the Museum of Poznań June 1956, then through the foyer of the Grand Hall. In order to ensure safe and easy access, such persons will be assisted by a member of the security staff at CK ZAMEK.
Concerts in the Castle Courtyard are intended for seated audience; persons
using wheelchairs and their accompanying persons are assigned places in the front rows.
The Ethno Port Festival opening concert on June 7th (Thursday at 7 p.m.) will be taking
place in the Grand Hall, with seated audience. Persons with disabilities who
have purchased or will purchase a ticket for that particular concert, are
kindly requested to inform us about the need to book an additional place for their accompanying person
on the day preceding the show

3. Complimentary tickets for persons who accompany those with moderate, major or conspicuous
disability:
Carers or assistants accompanying persons with disabilities are entitled to enter all
concerts held as part of Ethno Port Festival free of charge.
4. Contact persons for the disabled at the venue:
All volunteer staff at the festival’s information desk in the Great Hall will
have all necessary information concerning conveniences for persons with
disabilities.
5. Visually impaired persons with guide dogs – entry to the venue:
Blind and partially sighted persons with trained guide dogs may attend all
festival’s events.
6. Information on induction loop, translation into Polish sign language and audio description availibility.
An induction loop, translation into Polish sign language and audio description will not be available during Ethno Port Festival
7. Information for persons with disabilities:
The above solutions are intended for persons with moderate and substantial degrees of disability.

At the same time, we would like our guests to be aware that ZAMEK Culture Centre resides in a historical building, therefore its architecture cannot be fully adapted to needs of persons with disabilities.
